We start by talking through how you ride, what you use the bike for and any discomfort you’ve noticed. From there, we look at how you sit and move on the bike and make adjustments as needed, things like saddle height, handlebar position and cleat alignment. We focus on how your body moves naturally rather than just taking measurements. It’s a relaxed, hands-on session where we explain what we’re changing and why, so everything makes sense.
