Order Acceptance:

  • Orders are deemed complete unless stated on the delivery note as a shortage to follow. Any other shortages must be reported by the customer within 2 days of receipt.


  • All prices are shown in sterling and are inclusive of 20% VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges will be made clear at the final point of ordering. The cost of delivery may vary depending on value.
  • All special prices are subject to availability while stocks last.


  • Payments can be made by credit or debit card online – we accept all major debit and credit cards.
  • Payment will go through our secure server facility. Please note that goods will not be sent until full payment has been received.


  • We regret we can only ship within the UK.
  • Standard UK delivery is 2-5 working days unless otherwise stated.
  • Please allow up to 28 days for delivery in unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • If there is nobody to sign for the delivery, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Product Availability:

  • We will do our best to ensure product stock statuses are up to date.
  • In case of an event where the item’s stock status is incorrect, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or an ETA of stock availability.


  • All faulty, damaged, or broken products will be replaced or refunded, provided we are informed within 3 days of receipt of goods.
  • Unwanted goods have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and condition.
  • Postage for returns must be paid by the customer.


  • Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by a 3-month warranty.

  • The 20-minute allocation time per service appointment is dedicated to a safety check and discussing your bike assessment.

Bike Pickup Notification:

  • Upon completion of your bike servicing or repairs, you will be notified via phone, email, or text.
  • It is crucial to collect your bike within 24 hours of receiving the notification. In exceptional cases, the maximum timeframe for bike collection is 48 hours.
  • Failure to collect your bike within this timeframe may result in the recycling of the bike due to space constraints.

Workshop Features:

  • Our skilled mechanics will greet you on arrival, providing an estimated completion time.
  • For early bookings (before 9:30am), we aim to complete the service on the same day, subject to the current workload.
  • During your service appointment, you can discuss any additional issues or concerns with your assigned mechanic.

Post-Service Issues:

  • If you experience any issues post-repair/servicing, please bring your bike to any NipNip store for a prompt assessment.
  • It is important to visit the shop as soon as the issue occurs to properly assess and diagnose the root cause.
