Beginners – Advnaced riders, all welcome. We will be spliting into different groups based on your preferred riding pace once we get to Regents ; )

Area: Regents Park
Distance: Laps of 4.5K, approx. 1 – 1.5 hours of riding, but feel free to drop in / out as you wish.

Meeting Point:

1) 17:00 (leaving at 17:30) NipNip, 172 Great Suffolk Street, SE1 1PE

2) 18:00 St. Andrew Place, Regents Park, NW1 4JX

Look out for both Lewis, our PRO bike mechanic, and Tony, PRO Bike Fitter & Cycling Coach, who will be leading and giving any advice needed along the way.
