Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as use of this website to purchase products means you agree to them.


Ordering -  Orders for products displayed can only be made through this website. We will send you an order confirmation by email.

Order acceptance - All orders shall be deemed complete unless stated on the delivery note as a shortage to follow. Any other shortages must be reported by the customer within 2 days of receipt to shopping@nipnip.co.uk.

Prices - All our prices are shown in sterling and are inclusive of 20% VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will be made clear at final point of ordering. The cost of delivery may vary depending on value, for more . All special prices are subject to while stocks last.

Payment - Payments can be made by credit or debit card online  - we accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment will go through our secure server facility. Please note that goods will not be sent until full payment has been recieved.

Delivery - We regret we can only ship within the UK. Standard UK delivery is 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product description of the item purchased.

Product availability - We will do our best to ensure product stock statuses are up to date. In case of an event where the items stock status is incorrect, we will contact you immediately to try and offer an alternative or an ETA of stock availability.

Please Note - If there is nobody to sign for the delivery, we reserve the right to charge for the delivery again if the courier returns the delivery back to our premises and charges us for the inconvenience. We will inform you if this should happen so a decision can be made by you on the following course of action. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Warranty - Unless otherwise stated all products are covered by a 3 month warranty.

Returns - All faulty, damaged or broken products will be replaced or refunded, we must be informed within 3 days of receipt of goods, we will pay you the cost of the return postage.
Any unwanted goods have a 14 day money back guarantee and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The products must be kept in their original packaging and condition received. Postage will have to be paid by the customer and a full refund will be given for the products only. Please inform shopping@nipnip.co.uk at the very earliest opportunity so we can deal with the return efficiently.

Please return goods to the nipnip address on the invoice and can also be shown on our contact us page.
Please note, you are responsible for product/s until they reach us. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class.

Liability - We make no guarantees that this website is 100% error free. We accept no responsibility for any loss you may incur due to an inability on your behalf to use this website properly. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.

Complaints - We take complaints very seriously, if you have have any reason to report a dis-service please contact shopping@nipnip.co.uk. We will investigate the nature of the complaint and endeavour to improve our service so future occurrences are eradicated.
