Delivery and Returns
U.K Standard Delivery
Deliveries will be made within 2-5 working days after you place your order [excluding weekends] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday/Wednesday.
Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Please wait the full 2-5 working days for your delivery to arrive.
Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.
We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased at NipNip.
We will credit full return postage costs up to £15, unless the item ordered is the wrong size or is deemed 'unsuitable'.
Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging.
All returns must have a completed returns form – please email email@example.com for a form.
We will credit the card we have on file for you this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
All goods supplied by NipNip are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty.
If an item has failed prematurely please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving us details of the product and fault.
Certain products need to be returned to our suppliers, for inspection and possible repair, before a credit can be issued.
Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
If you return something due to it being faulty we refund up to £15 carriage.
If your return exceeds this amount please contact email@example.com and we can arrange collection for you.
Please state a date and collection address (not Saturday or Sunday) where the goods can be collected from.
We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.
